Our caps are still not complete and still have material laying in my flower garden and the bag of screws to go with it sitting for several months now. At this point we have no idea what to do from here since last call they said they did not even realize the job wasn't completed and the heat jobs have really been keeping them busy. We paid in full so I guess we are out of luck because asking nicely isn't an option anymore read less

They came back promptly for a repair needed. The kicker was today, at my mothers house. She had her roof done 10 years ago, by another company (no longer in business), and Heritage came right over, fixed the issue at no charge!!!! I cried, my momma cried, you see, she doesn't have the money for these things. He did not know that, he just helped out an old woman. They are a blessing!!!! read less
