Their work was timely, done as quoted with good cleanup afterwards. Jon was also very helpful with the insurance submission. His knowledge was invaluable.     Words cannot express my gratitude for Heritage Roofing! I happened to run into the owner, Jon, today and as I was explaining my situation with my roof, he immediately was happy to help!
    He and his worker/younger son, both (his worker by the way, was just as professional as
    dad), personally took the time to come out the evening, on the same day mind you, and repaired the roof, and even took care of an extra issue that I had with another part of the roof! They also did a great job in cleaning up!
    Jon was very detailed in his work and also sent pictures as the roof repair was being done. He explained the different sections of the roofing process and their effectiveness! Talk about going above and beyond! Fantastic customer service!
    The finished work? Job very well done!

    As far as the price and roof we are very happy with them However I have contacted this company more times than anyone should have to that our job is still not done. Our caps are still not complete and still have material laying in my flower garden and the bag of screws to go with it sitting for several months now. At this point we have no idea what to do from here since last call they said they did not even realize the job wasn’t completed and the heat jobs have really been keeping them busy. We paid in full so I guess we are out of luck because asking nicely isn’t an option anymore

    I understood from ny preliminary research, that they would be good. I had them do my roof. I got quality product, quality work and very congenial contacts. They cared about my dogs, my plants and all else. I’m satisfied I recommend them.

    Heritage Roofing recently installed a new shingle roof on our home & shed, and built us a cover for our back porch. The crew worked EXTREMELY fast, with nearly everything, including cleanup, done in just 1 day. They only had to return a second day for a couple of hours to work on the shed. The whole crew was friendly too. I HIGHLY recommend Heritage Roofing.
